      Introduction is fine, relationship is well written too, you can also mention some data about trade relations and the recent comprehensive strategic partnership.
      In significance, content can be increased a bit, crux of the question. You can talk about UAE being an attractive export market for Indian goods, will help boost merchandise trade to 100 bn and services trade to 15 bn, boost in investments, will pave way for better relations with GCC countries etc. Point about Africa is good.
