      Introduction is fine. First part is well addressed. Use of table is nice.
      You have explained well.
      Role of Rajya Sabha is explained well.
      In next part, mention about obstruction in the house, suspension of MPs to link with current affairs.
      Productivity data of the house can also be mentioned for better impact.
      Other points are good.
      Some positive points can also be mentioned as both of sides of the coin need to be presented before coming to conclusion.
      Way forward and conclusion are fine.

      Intro is fine.
      Use of table is good. Members of LS are also MPs only, MLA is wrongly mentioned.
      In table just mention, the structure and electoral process.
      Generic role of RS can be mentioned before mentioning role in current times.
      This is a 15 market so all parts can be addressed adequately.
      Points in recent issues are fine, incorporate data regarding productivity of the house, issue of domicile can also be mentioned.
      Example of Aadhar being bypassed can be given.
      Some positive points can also be talked about as both sides of the coin need to be presented.
      Suggestions to improve the functioning of RS should be mentioned ( more discussions, adequate representation from all states/communities etc)
      Conclusion is fine.
