      Use 2 pages for 10 mark anawers–will help you in exam in judging how much to write.
      Intro is fine but generic, you can mention inequality in India from Oxfam report or include numbers about reduction in corporate taxes(22%, 15% etc). Try to include some data points in introduction for better impact.
      2nd part about taxation is fine- again you can mention that 50% revenue is now coming from indirect taxes which is very high; can talk about heavily taxed fuel etc
      Also, while mentioning about need for welfare..you can mention some more points like pandemic(effected poor disproportionately), climate change, health and education etc
      Way forward and conclusion are fine. In way forward, you can also mention about increasing millionaires in India(refer Hurun list) and the need to tax them progressively.
