      In impact on foreign policy, points are okay..Also, relate it with current happenings. For example, India had to abstain from voting against Russia on certain occasions due to her reliance on Russia.
      Similarly, Russia- China announcement of partnership with ‘no forbidden areas’ can be a warning bell for India.
      Way forward is fine, some points could be added..such as urgent need for de-Russification of armed forces, evolution of a long-term vision for India’s Defence Technology Industrial Base, attaining genuine Atmanirbharta etc
      Write a conclusion.

      Introduction is fine, in impact on foreign policy, some good points have been mentioned, also you can use the keyword lack of ‘strategic autonomy’…announcement of Sino-Russian partnership with ‘no forbidden areas’ and without limits acting as a warning bell for India can also be mentioned.
      In way forward, you can mention the urgent need for de-Russification of armed forces, evolution of a long-term vision for India’s Defence Technology Industrial Base etc too. Other points are good.

      In impact on foreign policy, you have written some good points, pressure on India due to abstention from voting against Russian invasion can be mentioned in first point. Also, announcement of Sino-Russian partnership with ‘no forbidden areas’ and ‘without limits ‘acting as a warning bell for India can be talked about.
      Way forward is also decent, urgent need for de-Russification of armed forces, evolution of a long-term vision for India’s Defence Technology Industrial Base etc can also be mentioned, in Shekatkar committee point, you can talk about the recommendation of increasing defence budget.
      Conclusion is fine, need for true atmanirbharta and not just end-product atmanirbharta can be written.

      In 3rd point, you can talk about pressure on India due to abstention in voting against Russia in international forums; further you can mention concern for India with Russia and China announcing a partnership without any forbidden areas and without any limits.
      Some points are fine in way forward; urgent need for de-Russification of armed forces, evolution of a long-term vision for India’s Defence Technology Industrial Base; Shekatkar committee recommendations; need for true atmanirbharta and not just end-product atmanirbharta etc can be mentioned.
