      Hello

      Introduction is good.
Thereafter, almost whole of your answer is a way forward vis-a-vis nuclear policy for India..First mention some factors why this is needed.
You can mention points such as-
China’s modernisation and expansion of nuclear arsenal. As per some estimates, China’s arsenal could grow from about 350 now to 1,000 warheads by 2030.
China’s muscular approach to its territorial disputes with other countries.
Russian invasion of Ukraine has made it clear that if a nuclear power invade another country, international powers feel reluctant to interfere.
China is closing the economic and military gap with US
Changes proposed are fine. “INFRUS” agreement — between India, France and the US could be talked about too.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Decent attempt, you have got the crux of the answer correct.
Introduction is fine, points related to the Chinese threat are also well written. Further, you can also mention the growing economic capabilities of China and reduction in economic gap with US.
      Other points are fine.
In way forward for India, you can also argue for reexamination of the policy of credible minimum deterrence. Further, innovative ideas such as INFRUS” agreement — between India, France and the US that could help India build an underwater deterrence based on ballistic missile carrying submarines (SSBN) as well as nuclear attack submarines (SSN) can be mentioned.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
