      Introduction is fine. Content of the answer is also decent but some value addition can be done. Concern regarding China is fine.
      Next, in trade you can mention that over 90% by volume and 70% by value
      of India’s trade is by sea which will emphasize the importance of maritime partnership.
      Academic and cultural collaborations, shipbuilding, maritime education and research, coastal engineering, the blue economy, marine habitat conservation, and advance collaboration between maritime security agencies could also be mentioned as areas of interest- just mentioning would do.
      Next, some steps taken such as announcement of comprehensive strategic partnership, defence cooperation, line of credit etc could also be mentioned to show the progress(otherwise the answer becomes very generic.. All points that you have mentioned are valid for any other Indo-Pacific country too).
      Challenges and conclusion are fine.
      Keep practicing. Read some more about the topic. 🙂

      Your answer is content rich but presentation could be improved.
      Introduction is good.
      After that you can divide the answer in two parts- 1) Common interests and concerns and 2) Progress made
      In first part, you can talk about historical convergence ( keep it simple, too much detailing is not required in a 10 market) ; strategic interests( you have mentioned some good points here) ; economic interests (again fine.. Blue economy, trade, defence are good points.. shipbuilding, maritime education and research, coastal engineering, marine habitat conservation etc can be added).
      In next part, you can talk about Act East policy, comprehensive strategic partnership, joint vision, defence partnership, 50 yrs of friendship etc
      Then before conclusion, you can mention 1-2 challenges. Conclusion is fine.
      No need to explain any point in detail, include multiple points as there is enough content.

      Introduction is fine, you can also talk about 50th anniversary of their diplomatic relations and historical convergence (Buddhism).
      Next part could be made a bit concise, as this is a 10 marker. Points 1&3 can be clubbed, similarly points 4&5 can be clubbed.
      Nice use of flowchart in next part, points are fine..
