In the intro, mention the shared history, geography and culture among the South Asian neighbours.
In the body, mention the commonality of destruction caused by the pandemic across the world which necessitates cooperation among the nations. In this aspect, countries in South Asia deals with similar problems and can develop solutions collectively to be applied across the region. In the examples mention experiment conducted in Bangladesh (NORM) and applied in India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nepal, also mention Swasth Community Science Alliance in India.
Conclude by mentioning the hope that this cooperation in dealing with pandemic may bring in a new era of partnership in social innovations that can benefit all South Asians
