Introduction is good, nice use of map as well.
However, content is a bit generic. First, mention few points on why BRICS is seeking to expand- talk about US-China rivalry, China looking to counter the influence of G20, Russian invasion of Ukraine, emergence of multiple plurilateral forums, countries looking to collect more supporters etc
After that come to challenges, here, your points are fine, further, India-China rivalry can be mentioned; various regional rivalries making it unclear whom to give priority can also be mentioned( for example, Brazil-Argentina) ; issues of SA over leadership in Africa etc.. These point will make your answer look more technical.
India’s approach and conclusion part is fine.
Keep practicing. 🙂
