      Introduction is good.
      However, you can separate the answer into two parts.
      In first part, mention the provisions in the constitution for tribals of the north-east to substantiate what has been asked. Then in 2nd part, mention the reasons.
      Reasons mentioned are fine.
      A small section on challenges can also be incorporated since this is a 15 marker.
      Conclusion is good.

      Reasons mentioned are good but first you can mention some of the special provisions that are mentioned in the constitution before that.
      6th schedule, autonomous district councils etc can be mentioned.
      Conclusion is fine.
