Good attempt.
Most aspects of the question have been covered.
Introduction is good.
Benefits are also fine, you can also mention points like use in energy savings(low use of AC), economic values, improved recreation, health and well-being for urban residents etc
Government schemes have also been covered well, Nagar Van scheme has been written, but mention the name. You can also talk about biodiversity parks for example Aravalli and Yamuna biodiversity parks in Delhi etc
Conclusion is fine (SDG 11 can be mentioned).
