Your concept is fine but content can be improves a bit.
In introduction, definition is a bit confusing, it is true that footloose industries don’t have strong locational preference but blanket statement like ‘doesn’t get effected by factors of production can be avoided’… You can mention that industries that are neither weight loosing nor weight gaining are categorized as footloose industries. Some examples can be included (computer chips, mobile manufacturing, diamond cutting etc.)
Features are fine, some additional features such as highly technological, environment friendly, low transportation cost, less dependency on specific raw materials can also be mentioned.
Factors are also okay, again some more could be added such as availability of land, favourable government policies, good governance, proximity to urban locations(market), research centres etc. Try to incorporate a few examples.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

      Decent attempt.
Introduction is fine; although you can mention that industries that are neither weight loosing nor weight gaining are categorized as footloose industries and hence the absence of strong locational preference.
In features, points are good, some additional ones can be mentioned- use of technology, environment friendly, low transportation cost etc. Points about input, output and skills are good.
In factors, you could also talk of being influenced by favourable government policies, good governance, tend to locate in proximity of similar industries to exploit ‘economies of scale’, presence of research facilities in proximity etc. Rest of the points are fine. Some examples like software industry, computer chips, mobile manufacturing etc would be appreciated.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
