Your answer is decent. Introduction is good.
Factors affecting location are also written. However, one of the major factors for location is presence of raw materials nearby especially in case of industries using weight-losing raw materials, for example, iron and steel industries are mentioned. Also, try to give some examples, textile industry located nearby markets like Mumbai, Surat, Ahmedabad; in connectivity you can talk about industries located near ports, in government policies you can talk about SEZ, Mega food parks etc
In next part, you have broadly mentioned the regions..however, it will be good if you can mention the 8 industrial regions viz Mumbai-Pune Region, Hugli Region, Bengaluru-Tamil Nadu Region, Gujarat Region, Chotanagpur Region, Vishakhapatnam-Guntur Region, Gurugram-Delhi-Meerut Region, Kollam-Thiruvananthapuram Region. Also, a rough map showing these regions would be appreciated. Examples can be mentioned accordingly.
In conclusion, it will be better if you can end on a positive note, for example, talking about inclusive industrial development.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

First part of your answer is good. Introduction is fine.
Next, factors affecting location are also written, good that you have divided between geographical and non-geographical factors. You can mention some examples in each point for example, petroleum refineries are usually located near ports along the coasts; cotton textiles are located in large urban centres such as Mumbai, Surat, and Ahmedabad etc
Map showing industrial regions is good, but since this is a 15 marker, you need to explain a bit about each of the industrial regions- major industries in those areas. For example, Cotton textiles, petroleum, drugs, fertilizers, electrical, shipbuilding, electronics, software in Mumbai-Pune region; Jute, paper, engineering, textile machinery etc in Hugli region, textiles, rail wagons, diesel engines, engineering goods, rubber goods, medicines etc in Bangalore-TN region etc
Also, a futuristic conclusion can be given about evolving trends in changing location of industries.
Keep practicing. Check out the model answers, and try to increase your content a bit for 15 markers. 🙂

No need to write unnecessary stuff in introduction, you can directly start from manufacturing industries in this case.
Next, it is advisable to go with the flow of the question. So, first mention the factors affecting the location of industries..you have mentioned some good points, but some points are missing. You can talk about the presence of market, for example, textile industry in urban centres like Mumbai, Surat and Ahmedabad; water and power availability; government policies like identification of clusters as SEZ, Mega Food Parks etc
Next, the question is specifically asking about industrial regions..you have mentioned some industries and their location but those can be used as examples. The major industrial regions of India are- Mumbai-Pune Region, Hugli Region, Bengaluru-Tamil Nadu Region, Gujarat Region, Chotanagpur Region, Vishakhapatnam-Guntur Region, Gurugram-Delhi-Meerut Region, Kollam-Thiruvananthapuram Region which need to be mentioned. You can mention some examples of specific industries in these regions. It will be good if you can draw a rough map showing these regions.
Conclusion is fine. Read a bit more about the topic. Check model answers and keep practicing. 🙂
