      Decent attempt. Intro is fine, however, you can also start by mentioning the Lord Lytton period and the hardships faced during that period. That will give a bit of context to the ‘faith was restored’ thing.
      Next part is good. You have mentioned the measures during Ripon’s period well. You can explain some points better since this is a 15 marker and a bit of detail will be expected.
      In next part, first mention the most prominent Ilbert Bill controversy, which exposed the mindset of British officials. That event happened during his period itself, so that can be said to be the best justification for no changes in the conservative mindset of the colonial bureaucracy.
      Other points are also fine, but you can keep them short, for e.g partition of Bengal was the brainchild of Curzon, not bureaucracy.
      Conclusion is fine.
