Factors mentioned are also fine, good that you have divided it into economic, social and political lines. However, keep points short and try to mention more points. In economic, you can mention disruption in supply chains, you can also mention examples, like overdependence on China made countries to look for other options, vaccine nationalism can be mentioned, e.g. western countries, in political, you can mention criticism of international organisations for their delayed response e.g. WHO. Points regarding restricted mobility is good, trade, remittance can be mentioned in economic issues, in social, mention rise in poverty and inequality.

You have written effects of Covid largely on India, question is asking how it has effected globalization.
In intro, too much focus on China, you can simply start by defining globalization as we understood it pre-pandemic. (Globalisation is the process of growing interdependence of the world’s economies, cultures, and populations, through cross-border trade, technology, and flows of investment and information).
In next part, first mention how Covid has exposed globalization- here you can mention disruption in global supply chains and give example of China; lockdowns effecting mobility, trade etc; vaccine nationalism by western countries; increasing poverty and inequality worldwide;criticism of international organisations for their delayed response e.g. WHO.
Next mention some alternatives going ahead- your point about need to develop local and resilient supply chains, balance between self-reliance and globalization is good (Atmanirbhar Bharat is good example), you can also mention broader engagement of agencies like NGOs, businesses, media and other non-state actors and processes to convene a regional strategy.
Conclusion is fine.
Don’t reduce the scope of the answer, try to keep it broad.

Next part about vulnerability is also nice. You can mention some examples, such as overdependence on China was exposed regarding to supply chains. Also, you can talk about hard borders, nationalist politics on the rise and the timid role of international organizations like WHO. Also, a social dimension about increasing poverty and gap between haves and have-nots can be included. Other points are fine.
In alternatives, example of Atmanirbhar Bharat is good, enhanced role of regional powers in ensuring regional fightback(India convening virtual SAARC conference can be mentioned) and strengthening of organizations like WHO and WTO can be written. Rest of the points are again fine.
