Your answer is content rich but presentation can be improved.
It is looking like an essay, divide the question into parts, give subheading for each part and then write the points, that will be a better way to approach.
Also, there is lot of history involved in your answer, especially British conquest, but western culture is a more broad term , try to make it contemporary.
Intro is good, especially about India.. Try to keep it a bit short. After that you can mention differences here only, table at the end is not required.

In next section, you can mention the modern changes in Indian society such as rise of nuclear families, rise in divorces, live-in culture in cities, celebration of festivals like Halloween, Valentine’s Day, here you can add points related to dishes and languages which you have written well.(don’t pick one over the other.. avoid writing statements like western dishes are most tasteful, most of India was veg etc.. we don’t have data to back these claims.. Staying neutral is more desirable)

After that mention recent changes happening in society, rise of conservative political parties, nationalism, opposition and protests against western ideas like secularism etc
      Finally write a concluding statement.
Overall, your answer contains some very good points but it can be better organised.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Content is less for a 15 mark answer. Next, question is not about advantages of western values over traditional Indian values.. So you need to mention good and bad points for both. Try to give a more positive tone to the answer.

Intro is fine especially western part, in Indian values you can mention about rich diversity of language, culture, religion, dishes etc

In next section, you can mention the modern changes in Indian society such as rise of nuclear families, rise in divorces, live-in culture in cities, rise in consumerism, celebration of festivals like Halloween, Valentine’s Day, acceptance of global food chains like KfC, McD etc. Role of reformers and western ideologies can also be mentioned here only.
After that mention recent changes happening in society, rise of conservative political parties, nationalism, opposition and protests against western ideas like secularism, some drawbacks that you have written.
Finally, you can conclude with constitutional ideals arguing that it contains a blend of both.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
