You have written well. Introduction is nice, both definition and data is included but it can be kept a bit short.
Points mentioned in need of recognition of unpaid care are also decent. Point no. 2 is not clear though, mention the central idea of the point, then explain.
Further, you can talk about increase in labour force participation rate and ensuring rights of women.
Challenges mentioned are fine, you can mention the examples of GDP and unemployment measurement which do not account for unpaid care work.
Way forward is good, one line conclusion can be mentioned in the end.
