In Factors you must also point out system of Ijardari was not in favour of Ijardars also. They faced perpetual threat of loosing their state in case of failure of revenue payments to the Govt. Quote names of leaders or cruel Ijardars like Debi Singh

You the content and knowledge but you need to work upon concise your arguments. Be very specific. For example in Introduction rather then giving whole back ground start directly with writing about the Rangpur Rebellion.
Avoid factual errors like Diwani rights which British got after treaty of Allahabad 1764, not 1757.
