Introduction to the question is written fine. Though length is long but Conclusion articulated very well.
You also must point out how brutal suppression was certainly in a brief paragraph due Draconian laws with war time absolute powers as justification for sustaining war efforts.
In core part you can also add points like almost a decade Gap since last Gandhian movement,
Rising popular discontent due to scarcity and inflation, fear of Japanese taking over British rule etc.
Your answer is fine but more points needed also you must always try to address all the possible Aspect of a question.

Question no where asks you to give details of events occurred during QIM.
Read question properly, try to understand the demand, take your time frame your arguments then write. This is just a practice exercise.

You have knowledge and good idea about the whole movement yet you failed to satisfy the Demand of the question due to following reasons-
1. You didn’t discussed core part that is ‘why launched’. Core part of the question must always be discussed in details. Just one ,second last, paragraph gives passing references to this part.
2. Diagrams can be drawn but they are no replacement for the content. Never draw a diagram for core part.
Rather In diagram you could’ve depicted phases.

There is no doubt that you have good knowledge about the issue. You also addressed all the parts of the questions.
But there is random presentation and logical flow is missing.
For example you after Reasons you talked about British Repression, than brutal condition than again back to movement.

In main body whatever you have discussed can be summoned up under just one heading that is British indifference towards India’s freedom.

There is a natural flow to the answer. So you should write first ‘why fear of brutal repression’ section then Reasons.
