Although your concepts are fine and understanding is good, the answer could be better presented.
Introduction is fine.
Next part about overall positive impacts of globalisation is not required since not asked.
Next, the question is specifically asking how globalisation has aggravated CHALLENGES, so dedicate the subsection on that, avoid including both benefits and challenges under same subheading.
2-3 benefits can be mentioned after you finish mentioning challenges.
In challenges, points mentioned by you such as inequality, cheap labour and displacement due to jobs are good. Further, you can mention issue of over-urbanization leading to proliferation of slums, transnational migration impacting rights, dignity etc, environmental degradation.
Way forward that you have written is more of a conclusion, mention some steps that need to be taken such as investment in human capital (health, education etc) and providing social security nets.
Conclusion can be kept concise.
