  Good attempt.
  You have fair command over the topics.
  You have discussed the ideas of both revolutions in detail.
  However the demand of the question is not properly met. Elaborate the ideas of modern world and not just India. How these ideas find their origin in the Revolutions.
  Try to relate the ideas of Revolutions with contemporary ideas of modern world.
  Good that you have related it with Constitution of India.
  Keep practising.
  
  Regarding Doubt : A 15 marker question takes 8-9 minutes. With practice and knowledge of the topic you will be able to write fast. In questions which have 2-3 parts, you can answer one part using chart or diagram. That will save some time. The more you write, less time will be required to write answers. All the best.
