      Introduction is fine.
      Increasing opportunities part for women is also fine.
      Mention can also be made of increasing STEM education, technological development connecting different parts of the world leading to more jobs etc
      Other points are good.
      In challenges, mention some data showing reduction in FLPR, increasing hardships for female population belonging to lower strata of society(low quality of jobs etc), feminization of agriculture, glass ceiling etc
      Points about harassment, work hours,lower wages etc are good.
      Way forward and conclusion are fine.

      Introduction is fine. Presentation of the answer is also good but the answer has become a bit generic.
      Focus more on globalisation and women employment issues.
      In opportunities you can mention increasing STEM education, technological development connecting different parts of the world leading to more jobs especially in IT sector, FDI and venture capitalists leading to increase in female led startups etc
      Other points that you have mentioned are also okay, try to link them with increase in employment.
      In challenges again, mention can be made of low FLPR(use data to substantiate) , low quality jobs for women from lower strata especially in construction sector, feminization of agriculture etc
      Write a way forward before concluding.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing, focus more on the core aspects asked in question. 🙂

      Next mention about opportunities for women due to increase in globalisation. You have directly moved on to challenges.
      In opportunities you can mention increasing STEM education, technological development connecting different parts of the world leading to more jobs especially in IT sector, FDI and venture capitalists leading to increase in female led startups etc
      Challenges part is good.
      Mention can be made of low FLPR(use data to substantiate) , low quality jobs for women from lower strata especially in construction sector, feminization of agriculture etc
      Way forward can be integrated with some govt initiatives along with a proper conclusion.

      Opportunities mentioned are also good, increase in FDI, venture capitalists are good points- can link it with female led startups. Technological integration and development leading to increased jobs especially in IT sector can be mentioned.
      Increase in enrollment in STEM education, skilling etc can also be mentioned.
      In challenges, mention some data related to fall in FLPR, issue of gendered work, glass ceiling, harassment at work place, deteriorating quality of jobs especially in construction sector for women from lower strata can be mentioned. Other points are fine, focus should be more on employment related challenges.
      Way forward is okay, some initiatives for women employment can be integrated in that part.
