      Introduction is okay, however after that briefly mention the distribution of mineral oil in the world.
      You can make a rough world map and mark the regions or mention data regarding distribution of mineral oil.
      Implications part is good. You have mentioned some nice points. In regional conflicts, you can mention examples.. Cartelization by OPEC countries can also be mentioned.
      Next write a small section on implications on India- import expenses, price fluctuations leading to regular protests, lower diplomatic leverage in dialogues with countries of Middle East, environmental impacts etc
      This is a 15 marker, so try to cover all dimensions, your content is fine but more things can be incorporated.
      Conclusion is good.
