      Good attempt.
      Introduction and objectives are well written.
      Government initiatives have also been listed nicely.
      Link it with current affairs by quoting data on achievement of desirable TFR from recent family health survey.
      You can also mention a way forward especially for eastern states where TFR is still high. Avoiding extreme steps by mentioning Chinese example can also be incorporated.
      In 15 markers try to write a way forward.
      Conclusion is decent, you can add that rather than limiting population education to family planning its scope could be broadened to include a healthy and skilled demography.
