Define civil society in introduction, it will be better than writing abstract statements.
Points mentioned in the next part are good, you have mentioned most points..examples are also nice.
It will be good if you can mention some challenges too, will make the answer holistic- promoting private petty interests, lack of internal democracy, inadequate representation etc.
Conclusion is fine.

Overall good attempt.
Please look into the following observations:
a. Give a proper picture of the central theme of the question in INTRODUCTION.
b. Utilise flow chart effectively (wastage of space in the answer sheet should be avoided).
c. Avoid scribbling (a neat and clean answer is sought).
d. The handwriting should follow a straight line (it will come with practice).

Coming to the answer, use 2 pages for 10 marker answers. Your content is good, concepts are fine. Give spaces between subheadings, that will be fine if you use 2 pages.
Intro is good, in role in democracy you can add points like role in educating citizens, making them aware of their rights. Try to give examples like Bachpan Bachao Andolan of Kailash Satyarthi, social movements led by civil society like Narmada Bachao Andolan.
Challenges mentioned are good, way forward and conclusion are fine too.
Keep writing consistently and you will be up there. 🙂

Examples are nice. Give some more space to challenges part too. You can mention that it can get biased towards private interests in the absence of proper representation. Conclusion is fine.

Challenges mentioned are also good, you can use flowchart to incorporate more points like inadequate representation of all communities in the absence of internal democracy, sometimes they promote private interests etc

In 2nd part you can mention some more points- like role in educating citizens, making them aware of their rights, role in women empowerment and raising issues of minorities, LGBT community etc..try to make the answer more diverse by including various angles.

Answer is nice, good intro. Use of diagram also good. Use pointwise format to include more content in role of civil society. Use examples like India against corruption, Bachpan Bachao Andolan etc. Also talk about their role in educating citizens, making them aware of their rights, role in women empowerment, raising minority and LGBT issues etc
Challenges part is well written.
Conclusion can be kept shorter. Include more points in the body rather than making intro-conclusion longer.
