      In the body, social role of temples has been decently written, such as role in education, usage for religious gatherings, festivals etc. You can also write about some temples having inhouse physicians, promotion of music and dance, institutional bases for perpetuating social hierarchies (priestly domination) etc
      Economic role of temples is missing. Role in agriculture (kings used to donate fertile lands for agricultural production), as bankers and financiers (accepted deposit of coins, other valuables and provided interest on deposits), in promotion of crafts and trade ( great consumers of aromatic goods, textiles and jewellery), in development of urban economy (cities and markets around them) should be mentioned.
      Write a concluding statement otherwise the answer looks incomplete.

      Introduction is fine, however, mention of Mughals here could be avoided since the question is on ancient Indian temples.
      Further points in the body are good. It can be divided into two sections- social role and economic role. Education, promotion of music and dance, providing justice, social interaction, organization of festivals are good points to be mentioned in social role. You can add here the presence of in house physicians in some of the temples, centres of art and architecture etc.
      In economic role, you can mention money lending, gifting of fertile lands etc. Role as bankers (accepting deposits such as coins, valuables etc), in promotion of crafts and trade ( great consumers of aromatic goods, textiles and jewellery), in development of urban economy (cities and markets around them) etc can also be added.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Try to make the answers better looking even if with the same amount of content, this could give you some extra marks.

      Good attempt. Introduction is fine but it could be made a bit crisp. Writing 2 paragraph long introduction is not advisable for a 10 mark answer.
      Points in the body are good. For better presentation- you can divide the section in two parts- social role and economic role.
      In economic role, points related to agriculture, land gifting, prosperity etc are good points. Further, you could mention the role of temples ad bankers and financiers (accepting deposits such as coins, valuables, money lending etc), in promotion of crafts and trade (great consumers of aromatic goods, textiles and jewellery), in development of urban economy (cities and markets around them).
      Other points like promotion of music and dance, organization of festivals, art & culture promotion could be mentioned in the social role. Here, you can add the role of temples in promotion of education, institutional bases of promoting social hierarchy (caste system, priestly domination).
      Conclusion is good.
      Working on the presentation could give you some extra marks even with same amount of content.
