First thing, refrain from monotony, use proper headings , subheadings, charts or tables to present your answer in a better way.
Underline keywords to convince examiner easily.
Introduction should be short and crisp.
In the body, write how it affects the social fabric, write about ghettoization and refugee problem, genocide etc.
Try to cover different aspects to fetch better marks.
In the solution, write the recommendations of committee on National Integration.
Work on concluding remarks.
