  • In the body discuss the differences between the two.Quote suitable examples wherever required to substantiate better.
  • Conclude by reasserting the significance of the two to public administration.

    Hello Parth,
Is it desirable to use ‘First person’ reference in Ethics examples or should they be general in nature?

      Hi Parakh
Write in simple language, Codes of ethics are those rules which govern decision-making and codes of conduct govern actions of people.
Write both the similarities and the differences .
In similarities, you can write – Both Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct are similar as they are used in an attempt to encourage specific forms of behaviour by employees.
-In both cases, the organization’s desire is to obtain a narrow range of acceptable behaviours
      from employees
Differences-The scope of code of ethics is wider than that of code of conduct.
Code of Ethics is general in nature, whereas code of conduct is specific.
      Work on content.
You can use both the examples, there is no specific rule.
      Work on handwriting.
      Keep writing!

Very well written, though the question mentioned code of conduct instead of code of standards

      Hi Chester
      God introduction.
Use proper headings and subheadings for describing the similarities and differences between code of ethics and code of conduct.
It is code of conduct, not code of standards, avoid these type of mistakes.
Underline important stuff to refrain from monotony.

      Hi Dakshina
Do not write the significance in introduction, simply define both the terms- Codes of ethics are those rules which govern decision-making and codes of conduct govern actions of people.
You have explained the differences in a comprehensive manner but write some similarities also like-
Both Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct are similar as they are used in an attempt to encourage specific forms of behaviour by employees.
-In both cases, the organization’s desire is to obtain a narrow range of acceptable behaviour
      from employees
