For example, in this question, after giving introduction, give heading- Importance of ethics in governance, then write under subheadings like- Sustainability in governance, efficiency etc.
Then explain how high level of ethics in Governance can lead to economic development.
Write the steps can be taken to strengthen the ethical values, then conclude.
