What is sand mining and the importance of sand?
The main body of the answer is well discussed.
      The content is rich enough.
The discussion has all the elements.
Could have given a better and specific way forward.

      What is sand mining?
What is the importance of sand?
The way forward is handled perfectly.
There is nothing wrong with the attempt in the main body.
      Do work in your intro.

How does sand mining affect biological diversity?
How does sand mining affect water-related flora and fauna?
How does sand mining affect affected marine life and livelihood of adjacent people of coastal?
You have to be specific with your content.
Simply putting the points will not fetch you many marks. You have to substantiate your points with proper hows and whys.
The content lacks specific explanations and examples as of now.
The way forwards are better managed.

Be specific with your points. Give hows and why in your explanations.
For example, you said that sand mining is a threat to biodiversity and creates pollution in the 1st two points. But you did not mention how. How does it affect biodiversity? How does it create pollution?
Hence always give a proper substantiated explanation which should be short and crisp.
There is no second part of the main body.
In the 2nd part of the main body, give some examples like a threat to Ghariyals, turtles due to sand mining, some recent NGT judgments and national & international reports on sand mining
End the answer with some solutions.

The overall discussion is quite good.
      A very good intro.
The answer has good depth and coverage.
      Very good structuring
But work on your presentation. Do not make your answer look like a rough hand note for revision. It should have proper statements in explanations. Be it one-liners but your bullet points need to explain through some kind of proper statements
      Good way forward.
