Never start an answer with a subheading.
You have discussed the historical perspective of India Bangladesh in a lengthy manner which was not required in the answer. Never move out of the periphery of the topic.
Introduce the CAA in the intro and straightaway jump to its relation with Bangladesh.
Totally misplaced answer in all parts.
How can you talk about referendum when it’s not in our scheme of things? As a UPSC aspirant please avoid this.
You have not discussed the CAA under the Bangladesh issue.
You were supposed to follow the mentor’s comment with this mandate:

“In the intro, briefly describe the background of CAA and what is its connection with the neighbouring countries?
In the main body describe the provision in the CAA which are likely to impact India’s relations with Bangladesh and why it is so. Also, explain the significance of Bangladesh for India.
In the conclusion suggest the ways which can be implemented for the damage control in the relations between the two countries.”
You discussed ethical issues and whatnot. This was not at all needed.
Stick to the demands of the question.

      Intro is very large.
Avoid such lengthy discussions in the intro itself.
Simply introduce the issue and move to the main body of the answer.
Decent first part of the main body
The second part is also nicely dealt with.
Also, work on your language. It is decent but your statements are too lengthy. That will affect your explanation. The statements should not be more than 10-12 statements long. This way your content will be explained in a crisp manner.
The overall structure is decent and the flow of the answer is perfect.
Underline imp stuff in your answer.

The direction of the answer is decent but the depth is not.
With this depth, it is not justifiable of being a 15 marks question.
It would have been a good answer if the question was of 10 marks.
But for 15 marks, you need depth in your points in each part.
Read the answer of Akanksha to understand the depth needed in this answer.

      The answer is decent.
The content in each subheading is well documented and well presented.
The clarity in the subheadings is good.
The depth in the content is apt and they are well explained.
      Good way forwards.
      The overall structure is fine.
Do underline imp stuff in your answer.

This would have been a good answer if the question was of 10 marks.
But 15 marks questions need more depth (content) and little bit more explanation.
      Your overall structure is good.
      The language is also good.
      The way forward is nice.
For more talking points read the model answer when its available.

The answer attempted is very good.
You have covered almost all the arguments, including the background of the article.
The overall coverage of the topic is very good.
The answer is quite detailed and informative.
Yet the explanation is short and crisp.
      Keep it up.
The structure of the answer is very good and your coverage is decent.
The way forward is also fine.
      Nothing wrong in the attempt.
But let me know from next time onwards that how much time are you taking in writing these answers.

      Good intro.
But before discussing the main body, briefly discuss the features of CAA.
The way forward needs to be better and concrete. Though it is still decent, a better conclusion/way forward can be written here.
the main body of the answer is very good.
The content discussed there is fine.
      The flowchart is also fine.
      The structure is fine

Your elements of discussion in the answer are superb.
Your coverage is neat and well explained.
      The language is good.
The structure of the answer is very good. That shows the level of understanding you have on the topic.
      Excellent way forwards
All in all, nothing wrong with the attempt and it is a near-perfect discussion.
But do underline important elements in your answers
