I’m just asking because I’ve only recently started writing answers and there is no way in a million years that I can write an answer like that in exam setting.

So this is not the first time I’m writing an answer on the topic ‘Regionalism’ so I didn’t have to think a lot before writing. That probably helped with the speed.
Nevertheless, I took around 9-10 minutes. And I realise that’s not a competitive speed.
My understanding is:
1. Work on format
2. Built on content.
3. Speed will come with practise.
