You can avoid the first line. Although concept is similar, favouritism can be said to be more broader concept than cronyism and nepotism. Favouritism is favouring based on membership in a favoured group, personal likes and dislikes etc; cronyism is favouring friends and associates whereas nepotism is favouring family members.
Next part structuring is fine but much of it is illegible due to poor handwriting. Further, examples have not been used. ICICI former CEO Chanda Koccher favouritism to her husband’s entity in sanctioning loans, Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh, coal gate, 2G scam can be mentioned.
Also write a sub section on way forward in dealing with such issues.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Your explanation of the terms is fine but the answer seems incomplete.
In impact on working of administration, you can mention conflict of interest, ignoring social justice and merit, inefficient utilization of resources, corruption and scams, rent seeking, can lead to constitutional breakdown etc
Further, examples such as ICICI former CEO Chanda Koccher favouritism to her husband’s entity in sanctioning loans, Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh, coal gate, 2G scam can be mentioned.
Also write a sub section on way forward in dealing with such issues and then conclude.
      Keep practicing.🙂

      Good attempt.
      Presentation is also good
Introduction is fine, however, you can modify it a bit- favouritism can be said to be more broader concept than cronyism and nepotism. Favouritism is favouring based on membership in a favoured group, personal likes and dislikes etc; cronyism is favouring friends and associates whereas nepotism is favouring family members.
Impact on administration part is well written. Good that you have used examples, major scams of recent times such as Vyapam, coal gate etc can be added. Further, it could lead to constitutional breakdown, for example, favouring particular political party led to emergency in India. It also disincentivizes innovation which can be mentioned.
Way forward is decent. Pointwise format can also be used for better visibility.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

      Good attempt.
Examples are missing, otherwise you have covered most things.
Introduction is good. Examples such as ICICI former CEO Chanda Koccher favouritism to her husband’s entity in sanctioning loans, Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh, coal gate, 2G scam etc can be mentioned.
Also, you can talk about how these practices disincentivize innovation and can even lead to constitutional breakdown ( political favouritism led to emergency in India).
      Way forward is good
      Write a concluding statement.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Decent attempt. Your knowledge is fine.
Introduction is good, cronyism can be said to be favouring friends and associates.
Impact on administration is also well written. Points are good. You can also talk about conflict of interest and how such practices ignore social justice and merit.
Some more examples such as ICICI former CEO Chanda Koccher favouritism to her husband’s entity in sanctioning loans, Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh, coal gate, 2G scam etc can be mentioned.
Way forward is pretty short, plus government schemes is not a solution to everything. Administrators are already supposed to be healthy and literate. Digitalization is fine. Here, you can talk about code of ethics, code of conduct, grievance redressal etc.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

      Hello

First part is well written. You have explained the terms well.
In 2nd part, points are fine but examples are missing.
Examples such as ICICI former CEO Chanda Koccher favouritism to her husband’s entity in sanctioning loans, Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh, coal gate, 2G scam etc can be mentioned.
Also, you can talk about how these practices disincentivize innovation and can even lead to constitutional breakdown (political favouritism led to emergency in India).
Also, mention a brief way forward after that.
Here, you can talk about code of ethics, code of conduct, grievance redressal, e-governance etc.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
