In introduction, you can begin with Ar 153.
Examples of instances of friction have been mentioned as a passing mention.. You can give them reasons for such friction in 2-3 examples.
Causes mentioned are fine, further you can talk about structural issues, for example, no say of state government in appointment of governor, no provision of impeachment like president, no security of tenure etc
Then there is also the issue of legitimacy as the governor is not elected. Other points are fine.
In way forward, value addition is required, you can mention some SC judgements, such as Nabam Rebia case, Rameshwar Prasad case where the court has taken on the issue of arbitrary action by the governor. Suggestions for solving structural issues given by Puncchi commission along with Sarkaria commission can be added.

Good attempt. Introduction is good, a linking a statement for next part can be added, that although the governor was envisaged to function as a vital link between the union government and the state government, in recent times multiple cases of friction have emerged.
Examples of friction mentioned are good, you can just mention the issue and move on, no need of so much explanation here as anyway causes are mentioned in next part. Application of president’s rule and governor using his discretionary powers in a biased way on case of government formation in the state( Maharashtra, J&K etc) are also some important issues which can be mentioned.
Caused mentioned in the next part are good. In last point, you can mention some more structural issues such as no security of tenure, no provision of impeachment etc.
Question of legitimacy of the governor as he is not elected and absence of a mechanism to resolve differences are also some issues which can be added.
Recommendations mentioned are fine, way forward is also good. You can do a lot of enrichment in the answer. Use recent examples, committee recommendations, SC judgements wherever possible to make it impactful.

After that question is talking about ‘multiple instances of friction’.. So mention some examples to substantiate that first.
You could talk about the Kerala Governor not accepting proposal of assembly to meet for discussion of farm laws , TN governor not giving assent to the NEET bill, allegations against governor of Maharashtra, J&K etc for biased behavior in case of governor formation, application of president’s rule in arbitrary manner on governor’s recommendations etc

Examples of friction are also good.
However, you can add some examples from the major areas of concern such as application of president’s rule, allegations of biased behaviour by governor in case of government formation in a state(Maharashtra, J&K etc)
Causes mentioned are good. However, these causes are usually on surface. Behind these causes, there are also structural issues which can be mentioned for example, no say of state government in appointment of governor, no provision of impeachment like president, no security of tenure, absence of time limit to grant assent to bills etc
Then there is also the issue of legitimacy as the governor is not elected.
Way forward is fine, good that you have mentioned recommendations. SC judgements in Nabam Rebia and Rameshwar Prasad could be added as they sought to curb arbitrary action of the governor.
In conclusion, don’t take an extreme stand such as the governor is not good for federalism- it makes it look like you are taking a stance over and above the founding fathers of constitution.
