Your introduction part has been extended a bit. The question is not asking the the ‘value of diversity’, but its about the conflicts in our diverse culture and how to get over them to unlock the full value of diversity.
So after first statement, you can add 1-2 lines stating the importance of diversity and that should be it.
Conflicts mentioned are fine, but more dimensions can be added..you have written only religious differences, caste-conflicts (demands of reservation), tribal conflicts (autonomy demands) and linguistic conflicts etc can also be mentioned.
Next part about managing conflicts is fine. You can use some examples to illustrate your points- formation of autonomous district councils to settle tribal conflicts, judicial solution to the Ramjanmabhoomi dispute etc.
Further, some points like urbanization, cosmpolitanism, inclusive development, inter-caste marriage, dining etc could be mentioned to cover more dimensions.

I think your knowledge is good on the topic but presentation can be improved. The answer looks like part of an essay.
Introduction first two paragraphs are fine. Next, you have address two parts- challenges and how to resolve those challenges..it will be better if you can write two sub sections for these two parts.
Challenges mentioned are fine…can be divided into short points- religious challenges (Hijab example is good, Ramjanmabhoomi conflict can be added), caste challenges (can give examples of demands of reservation), tribal challenges (Bodo example is good, demand for greater Nagalim, Naxalism etc can be added), linguistic challenges (allegations of Hindi imposition in south).
For resolving these challenges some concrete points should be mentioned..you have just mentioned generic statements..you can write things like- internalization of constitutional values, urbanization, cosmpolitanism, inclusive development, inter-caste marriage, dining etc. Successful examples such as formation of autonomous district councils to settle tribal conflicts, judicial solution to the Ramjanmabhoomi dispute etc can also be added.
