      Introduction is fine, electoral bonds have been explained. But if you can add 1 more line stating the allegations against electoral bond(use some stats), it will be fine as recently there have been PILs filed in courts arguing the scheme to be non-transparent.
      Benefits mentioned are decent, 3rd point about public scrutiny can be avoided as public doesn’t get to know about the donating parties and this has been an issue which has been raised multiple times by various critics.
      Further, you can say that the scheme limits the use of cash in political funding. It also protects donors from political victimization ae the donations are anonymous.
      Next part is also okay, you have written some decent points, electoral bonds being kept out of the purview of Section 29C of RPA 1951, exempted from IT act can also be mentioned. Even loss making and foreign companies can donate which opens up avenues for corporate misuse.
      Conclusion is fine. Adding some data points and factual points will enhance the quality of the answer, other facets of the answer are fine.
