In issues, first point is not clear. Other points are good. Spread of mischievously edited footage of SC proceedings which can lead to disinformation and showmanship by lawyers in public view can also be mentioned.

In the issues repercussions on judges can be mentioned, judges might be a frequent target of public ire, or a target of social media trolls. Showmanship by lawyers in public view is also an issue.

In concerns, you can add the repercussions on judges. They can face public ire, trolling etc. Spread of disinformation by making mischievous edited videos viral can also be mentioned.
Also, it will be good if you can mention a brief way forward- gradual implementation in lower courts, exceptions in certain cases involving national security, security of judges etc.
