In introduction, first 2-3 lines are not required, no need to go so much back. Just mention the PLI scheme in the backdrop of Atmanirbhar Bharat and some data related to it such as 13 sectors, amount budgeted for the scheme etc
Next part on why it was needed is fine. You have mentioned $1 tn economy by 2025, that should be $5 tn. You can also mention that there was a growing demand for diversification of supply chains especially to avoid the dominance of China and PLI scheme could cash in on that opportunity.
In next part on advantages, point no. 2 and 4 are almost same, one of them can be avoided, instead you can talk about the encouragement the scheme provides to local manufacturing through incentives and the potential it has to augment present capacity in sectors such as textile and steel.
In concerns, you can mention the financial cap on incentives, other points are good.
Way forward and conclusion are fine.
Overall your knowledge is fine, structure of the answer is also good; but since this is a 15 marker, you can increase the content and be a bit more elaborate.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Introduction is fine, but it will be good if you can mention some facts related to the scheme too (how many sectors, amount budgeted etc).
Next part on why it was needed is good, most points are covered, attracting global investment can also be mentioned.
In advantages, you can talk about its role in augmenting present capacity in important sectors such as textiles, steel etc and its potential to provide low-cost indigenous products to boost projects such as Digital India, Smart City etc. Points related to trade, self-reliance and boost to manufacturing are good.
In concerns again, points are good. Financial cap on incentives and ignoring R&D, cutting edge technology etc can be mentioned too.
Conclusion which includes a short way forward is fine. Alternatively, you can use a hub spoke diagram to briefly write a way forward and then conclude.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
