      Decent attempt. Structure of the answer is good, you have understood the demand of the question. Content is fine too, some more points could be added though.
      Introduction is good.
      Threat to bio-diversity is well written, plant species losing seasonal characteristics (early flowering of rhododendron)..and loss in evergreen forest cover could be mentioned too.
      While talking about food and water security, effect on agriculture due to soil erosion (floods) could be talked about, further decreasing snowfall and increases pace of snowmelt and related effects could be mentioned. Again in energy security, impact on hydro power potential can be mentioned. Geothermal is good.
      Way forward is fine.
      A conclusion could be added.
