      Good attempt. You have written well.
      Introduction is fine, but you could omit ‘without depending on others for help’ as it would mean self-sufficiency only; we can take help (imports etc is not going away instantly) but yes dependency needs to be reduced.
      Points in the next part are good. Policy measures such as strategies for demand management, stable and rational pricing policy etc could also be mentioned.
      Challenges mentioned and conclusion are fine.
      You can use flowchart/hub-spoke diagram to include more points if falling short of space, for example, challenges in this answer could be mentioned in that way.
