      Hello

The question is more concerned with how can the war take us back to EURO-centrism, so rather than writing about whole of global order, more focus should be on repercussions felt in Europe.
Also, no need to quote so many scholars in toto..this is not a PSIR answer..try to express in your own words.
Introduction is fine, mention the sense of fear created in Europe due to Russian aggression also in next line- that will give a context to the answer.
In next part, first point is good. Next, you can give example of German’s decision to beef up defence spending (decided to spend an additional €100 billion for defence over and above its €50 billion annual expenditure). European states’ lack of faith in UN and are worry about globalisation-induced vulnerability inducing them to turn away from multilateralism in favour of ‘Europeanism’ can also be talked about.
Other points that you have written can be mentioned on the periphery..but focus should be on actions of European states which indicate a turn back to Euro-centrism.
Conclusion is good, provides a balance.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
