      Decent attempt. Introduction is good, identification of stake holders is also okay, but in this particular question, this could be avoided too as this is not an issue based case study.
      Points mentioned in principles are good, but you have mentioned all points from the angle of social media companies. However, in regulation government also plays a role- so some points related to principles that govt should hold such as upholding democratic values of freedom of speech and expression, fair play so that no one company gets an advantage over the other etc could be mentioned.
      Framework is fine, first two points could be broadly mentioned under something like ensuring safety and dignity of users especially women.. Other points are good. Some steps such as voluntary user verification, giving users an opportunity to be heard etc could also be talked about.
      Conclusion could be kept a bit concise if you are short on space.

      Decent attempt. Introduction is good.
      Next two parts are fine too, but some things are mixed up. Principles should include the ideas and values that both intermediaries and govt should uphold whereas framework should include the practicable step that need to be taken.
      Hence, proactiveness on part of SMPs should be a part of framework whereas openness, transparency, non-differentiation and fair play should be part of principles.
      In principles, some points related to principles that govt should hold such as upholding democratic values of freedom of speech and expression, fair play so that no one company gets an advantage over the other etc could also be mentioned.
      Privacy and data security could also be mentioned in principles( you can add article numbers wherever possible).
      In framework, ensuring safety and dignity of users especially women could be mentioned as there are many cases of morphing photos, vulgar comments, leaking private details etc
      Ensuring due diligence and compliance of laws by SMPs could also be added. Other points related to grievance redressal, user verification etc are good.
      Conclusion is good too.
