Some of the points are good, for example, raw material, market, transportation facilities etc. Examples could be more and better.
Examples of plants located near raw materials could include Hubli and Mandya in Karnataka where feedstock is drawn from steel slag s well as coke and lignite. Phosphatic fertilizer plants are found in UP, MP and Rajasthan where mineral phosphate is available.
Some points are missing such as government support in the form of subsidy has enabled fertilizer production in Nangal, Bhatinda in Punjab; port facilities also impact location because most urea-based fertilizers are imported( Ennore, Ranipet in TN); energy source such as natural gas, methane used for manufacturing ammonia also impact location.
Low cost labour, environmental sensitivity could be mentioned at last because these factors usually play a lesser role.
In conclusion, you could mention that although location near raw material sources are still prominent, the trend is changing with demand and supply side factors coupled with government policy playing a major role now-a-days.
