  Problems mentioned are fine, some more points could be included such as privacy issue(aggregators gather shopping habits, consumer preferences, and other personal data) ; greater visibility to select sellers; lack of dispute redressal mechanisms; unreasonable and one-sided contracts etc. Example used in cartelisation point could be better(oyo-make my trip collusion which was investigated by CCI), random allegations need to be substantiated.
  Way forward and conclusion are decent.

  In shortcomings multiple points could be mentioned- look at the issue both from point of view of customers as well as brick and mortar retailers- you could mention predatory pricing, cashbacks and deep discounts, loaded in the favour of big players, partisanship in giving select sellers more visibility, cartelisation, lack of a fair dispute redressal mechanism etc. Points about privacy and fraud are fine.
  Next mention a proper way forward as question has asked to talk about solutions- points such as the need for comprehensive rules and regulations, acting on the lines of Digital Markets Act of the EU etc. could be added along with what you have written.
