In intro you can first define secularism, then talk about Indian secularism.
In next part, you can exclusively give a subheading on constitutional provisions and mention most of those-42nd amendment and introduction of secularism in preamble should also be mentioned, other articles mentioned are good.
Positives of state interference part is good which you have mentioned in the later part (triple talaq example), further in positives you can also mention the abolition of untouchability, succession rights to women, temple entry movement etc
Next mention a section on the issues- CAA can get a passing mention, Constitution permits for positive discrimination and minorities in neighbouring countries experience discrimination, hence such a law.. There are many other issues that you can mention vote bank politics based on religion, hate speeches, issue of mob lynching based on religion, laws against conversion etc..judgements mentioned are fine, you can use them to show state interference.
Conclusion is fine but before that mention a brief way forward if you can. As this is a 15 marker you have that scope.
Try to break the question into subparts and address each part, that way you will stick to what is being asked otherwise chances of diverting from topic are there.

Decent attempt.
Introduction is fine, but you can briefly define secularism first of all.
Mention of constitutional provisions is good.
In next part first mention some positives of state interference.. Such as removal of untouchability, temple entry movement, fundamental rights of women(triple talaq abolition), succession rights given to women etc..
Then mention the negatives, points are fine, further you can talk about hate speech on religious lines, laws against conversion by states too.
In questions that ask for your opinion, it is better to mention both sides of the argument and then take a stand.
Conclusion is fine.

This is a 15 marker, content is a bit less for that. Intro is fine, but explanation of secularism is not perfect, there is a difference between western secularism and Indian secularism which needs to be brought out. Indian secularism is about principled distance, existence of all religions, state has to decide when to interfere based on constitutional values. What you have written is mostly western secularism.
Constitutional provisions are fine.. Articles 14,16 and 26-28 can also be added.
In next part first mention some positives of state interference.. Such as removal of untouchability, temple entry movement, fundamental rights of women(triple talaq abolition) etc..
Next you can mention the negatives. Points mentioned by you are fine.. 1st point can be avoided.. That is more of a money laundering issue rather than secularism.. Next you can mention state laws against so-called love jihad, party-political secularism can be elaborated a bit.
In questions that ask for your opinion, it is better to mention both sides of the argument and then take a stand..
Conclusion is also more on the lines of western model.. You can talk about the need to bring societal change rather than state imposed change in religious practices.

Introduction is fine, mention of article 124 is good. 2nd judges case has also been mentioned.
In issues, points are fine, you can add that appointment on basis of seniority prevents meritorious and capable judges from reaching the top most, less motivation for judges to carry out his duties efficiently if becoming CJI is out of scope, also judges are denied a fixed term of 3 years as CJIs are made only for the left-over service period.
Culture of public services point is not clear in next part, how is it related to seniority. In way forward, you can add that chief justices of repute in HC cab be considered for the post of CJI.
Also, write a conclusion.

Introduction is fine, but after that I think you have mixed up OCOF subsidies with the ones that have been prohibited. On OCOF, no agreement could be reached and here India’s demand for transition period was 25 years with other countries vouching for 7 years. For the subsidies on which agreement has been reached transition period is of 2 years.
Three kinds of subsidies: First, illegal, unreported, or unregulated (IUU) fishing; second, fishing of already over-exploited stocks; and third, fishing on unregulated high seas (point no 2 and 3 in your answer can be corrected).
Implications part is fine, point no. 3 can be framed better as mentioned above.
Also mention a conclusion at the end.

Values mentioned by you are also good along with nice use of examples.
Further, you can mention some other qualities too such as patriotism(participation in NCM), decision-making and leadership( war with Pak in 1965, boosting morale of soldiers by visiting army camps etc);
Compassion(use of water jets instead of lathi charge, appointment of women in public transport facilities).
Conclusion should be written where you can mention how his life and ideals can act as a source of motivation and guide in present day.

In intro, first explain the concept of secularism- a basic definition along with difference between Indian secularism and western secularism. Indian secularism is about principled distance, existence of all religions, state has to decide when to interfere based on constitutional values.
In next part, write about the constitutional provisions- 42nd amendment introduced secularism in preamble, articles 14-16 about equality of religions, articles 25-30.
Paragraph 3 should be avoided, don’t single out a particular religion(not required), you can’t declare Muslims of Pakistan as terrorists as well as relate terrorism with problems of minorities in India without evidence.
In next part first mention some positives of state interference.. Such as removal of untouchability, temple entry movement, fundamental rights of women(triple talaq abolition),succession rights to women etc.
Next you can mention the negatives. First, this is not an essay, try to diversify your answer, you are getting into too much details of particular issues, mention the conclusion and move ahead. Also try to divide your answer into subheadings for each part.
Introduction is fine. Sarva Dharma Sambhav concept can be mentioned here.
You can give a subheading as ‘constitutional provisions’ for next part, also mention 42nd amendment, articles 14-16 which talk about equality of religions and articles 25-30(some of the provisions can be mentioned).
In next part mention positive consequences of state interference- here you can mention the conclusion of the cases that you have mentioned i.e. granting women maintenance rights, fundamental rights, succession rights etc. Temple entry movement, abolition of untouchability can also be mentioned as some of the positives. No need to mention the whole history of the cases.
Next mention the issues and challenges- party political secularism, using religion as votebank, proliferation of hate speeches, mob lynching based on religion, issue of forced conversions and laws against conversion etc
