  • Complete the answer by stressing on the implications for leaders and employers in understanding the importance of interpersonal relationships in the organizational context.

      Decent attempt, introduction is good, factors of EQ mentioned are also fine.
      Next part could be addressed a bit better. For example, how does authority, scarcity etc help on becoming persuasive is not clear from your explanation.
      Further, you can mention that good EQ enhances our self-knowledge as well as our knowledge of others which is a key factor in being persuasive. Good EQ instills optimism in the one being persuaded, increases approachability and is also an essential part of communication. You can use some examples too to substantiate some of these points.
      Also try writing a conclusion in every answer. It can be very brief, no issues with that.

      Your answer is decent but one part is missing that is how can we leverage emotional intelligence to become more persuasive. In this part, you can mention that it good EQ enhances our self-knowledge as well as our knowledge of others which is a key factor in being persuasive. Further you can mention that high EQ increases optimism, approachability, self-evaluation all of which can be leveraged. You can use some examples in these points to substantiate.
      Other aspects of your answer are fine, intro is good. Application and development part are also fine. In conclusion, you can relate EQ with more productive outcomes and end.

      Introduction is fine, after that broadly you can first mention the important factors of EI- perceiving emotions, understanding emotions and managing emotions.
      Then you can come to the persuasion part. Role of communication and awareness about self and others are explained well. Further you can mention that high EI increases optimism, approachability, self-evaluation all of which can be leveraged. You can use some examples to substantiate your points.
      Conclusion is fine.

      Decent attempt, first part of your answer is good, intro is fine, explanation of EI is also fine along with the use of flowchart.
      In addressing the persuasion part, you can organize the answer better, give a subheading, then you can write the points such as better communication, decrease in interpersonal conflicts etc. Further you can mention that high EI increases optimism, approachability, self-evaluation all of which can be leveraged. Use of example is nice.
      A proper conclusion relating EQ with more productive outcomes can be used to end the answer.
