Decent attempt. Your understanding is good.
Attitude and ability are explained well, good use of flowcharts.
While mentioning about UPSC, you can give example of Ira Singhal whose disability couldn’t stop her from topping the exam.
Also try to integrate the examples in the content itself, rather than mentioning it in an isolated way. Also, difference between positive and negative attitude can be used to explain.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

      Decent attempt.
      Introduction is fine.
Ability part is also well-written. You can keep it a bit short, role of attitude in success should be more elaborate.
In next part, you have explained attitude but linking it to success is important, you can write the difference between positive and negative attitude and what role does each one of this play.
Example of Ira Singhal topping civil services can be mentioned, disability no bar.
Then you can use examples from history, sports etc.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
