      Please mention reference ID.

Again, no introduction. Please try to write an introduction, you can define cropping pattern here and mention that yield is one of the most important factors for deciding. Then you can move on to the other factors.
Content of the answer is good, you have mentioned adequate points, try to give examples- like black soil helps in cotton growing (deccan, Maharashtra region); rice, wheat and sugarcane in loamy soils of Western UP, Haryana and Punjab.
Then you can talk about MSP in govt support point and how it effects cropping pattern.
Why changes required part is also fine, some good points. Condition of farmers, need for income support to other than rice/wheat producers etc, need of 2nd green revolution also can be touched upon briefly.
Keep practicing, try to mention a conclusion. 🙂

You need to discuss the first statement that is mention some factors for the existing cropping pattern. Green revolution is one of them, MSP should be mentioned in that part only. Other factors such as physical(climate, rainfall, temperature, terrain etc) ; soil type(cotton in Maharashtra and Gujarat due to black soil, wheat and rice in loamy soil of western UP, Punjab, Haryana etc), irrigation facilities, availability of input, institutional factors such as land tenancy, acreage etc all should be included.
In intro, you can just define cropping pattern and talk about yield being one of the most important factors.
Need for change and conclusion part is good.
Need to augment income of farmers, prevent suicides etc can be mentioned too.
Keep practicing, try to focus on what exactly is being asked, your knowledge is good. 🙂
