      Please mention reference ID.
Content of your answer is good, but you should try to give an introduction and conclusion. Presentation should also be fine.
In introduction, you can mention about 73rd amendment Act which provides for reservations for women at Panchayat level or you can mention only 9% women in state assemblies on an average, some of the states having no women member.
Reasons given are fine, you can also talk about shadow representation in Panchayats too (Sarpanch Patis) ; lack of legal mandate at state and national level; patriarchal society etc
      Suggestions mentioned are good.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Introduction is good, nice thta you have mentioned data, in first line you can also mention 73rd amendment Act which provides for reservations for women at Panchayat level.
In next part, subheading is not according to question(reasons for failure of reservation in PRI not asked), you can write ‘reasons for under-representation in assemblies’; however points that you have mentioned are okay. Further you can add- lack of legal mandate, criminalization of politics(money and muscle power) etc
Corrective measures and way forward part is good, need for increasing awareness and promoting women leaders from panchayats to state level can be written.
      Examples mentioned are good.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Introduction is fine, however I think data of 29% is not correct. The average representation of women across state assemblies is just about 9% with fews states having no women representatives.
Reasons are fine, especially social dimension is covered well. However, you can also mention things like criminalization of politics(money and muscle power), lack of a legal mandate, issue of Panchayat pati at even local level etc
Next part are suggestions, so you can frame the subheading better, passing the women’s reservation bill for assemblies, quota in political parties for women can be mentioned as some specific steps. Other points are fine, a bit generic. Conclusion is decent.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
