Your content is fine, especially the challenges part, however structure can be better.
The question asks you basically 2 things- 1. What have been the steps taken and 2.challenges still persisting.
So, your intro should be about how right to property empowers women.
The intro you have written should be in the body of the answer, Hindu Succession Act and SC judgement both are good points. Further, you can mention the 2020 SC judgement which expanded the right of a Hindu woman to be a joint legal heir along with male heirs.
Further, to increase diversity in the answers, you can mention the rights granted to tribal women under FRA, PM Awas Yojana where house has to be registered in the name of women members.
Challenges part is good. Still legal loopholes are also there, you can mention that.
      Conclusion is good.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

You have attempted well. Introduction is good. Steps taken are also fine, further you can write about 2020 SC judgement which expanded the right of a Hindu woman to be a joint legal heir along with male heirs.
To diversify your answer, you can mention the rights granted to tribal women under FRA, PM Awas Yojana where house has to be registered in the name of women members.
Good use of diagram in next part, however points are a bit generic.. So you can add legal loopholes such as lack of clarity on aspects like whether a woman’s children get a share of her father’s family wealth by way of her inheritance. Further, revenue codes of many states do not provide equal treatment regarding the rights of men and women to agricultural land.
Mention of law commission in way forward is good. Other points are asli fine.
In conclusion, you can mention SDG 5 which talks about women’s right to property.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

It seems your whole answer is about challenges only.
In intro, try to mention how right to property and inheritance can aid in women empowerment( more autonomy, decision-making power, financial independence etc)
In next part, you have mentioned some good points like 1925 act, hindu succession act etc. The point about SC judgement that you have mentioned in conclusion can be written here only.
To diversify your answer, you can mention the rights granted to tribal women under FRA, PM Awas Yojana where house has to be registered in the name of women members.
Awareness and literacy, patriarchal traditions like haq tyag should be mentioned in challenges.
Other challenges mentioned are fine, you can add legal loopholes such as lack of clarity on aspects like whether a woman’s children get a share of her father’s family wealth by way of her inheritance. Further, revenue codes of many states do not provide equal treatment regarding the rights of men and women to agricultural land.
Also if possible, mention a brief way forward, recommendations of Law Comission- 174th report can be quoted.
In conclusion, you can mention SDG 5 which talks about women’s right to property.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Structure of your answer is fine, introduction and conclusion are good.
In the body, content is a bit less, challenges mentioned are generic.
In steps taken, the points you have written are good.
Further, you can write about 2020 SC judgement which expanded the right of a Hindu woman to be a joint legal heir along with male heirs.
To diversify your answer, you can mention the rights granted to tribal women under FRA, PM Awas Yojana where house has to be registered in the name of women members.
In challenges, in first point you can the mention the customs forced by the patriarchal nature of society like Haq tyag, StreeDhan etc
You can add legal loopholes such as lack of clarity on aspects like whether a woman’s children get a share of her father’s family wealth by way of her inheritance. Further, revenue codes of many states do not provide equal treatment regarding the rights of men and women to agricultural land.
Also if possible, mention a brief way forward, recommendations of Law Comission- 174th report can be quoted.
Keep practicing. Read some other answers. 🙂

      Good attempt.
Content is good, presentation is also fine.
In introduction, you have linked with current affairs, that is good.
Significance part is also good, you can keep it concise, make a circle draw arrows and write the points only.
Steps taken are fine, Hindu Succession Act 1956 and amendment can be explained a bit.
To diversify your answer, you can mention the rights granted to tribal women under FRA, PM Awas Yojana where house has to be registered in the name of women members.
Law Commission recommendations can be mentioned in way forward.
Challenges are good, you can bring some technicality by talking about legal loopholes such as lack of clarity on aspects like whether a woman’s children get a share of her father’s family wealth by way of her inheritance. Further, revenue codes of many states do not provide equal treatment regarding the rights of men and women to agricultural land.
Way forward and conclusion are fine, keep practicing. 🙂

      Decent attempt.
Intro, first two lines are fines. Lack of UCC can be mentioned in challenges. Here, briefly, you can mention how right to property and inheritance can aid in women empowerment( more autonomy, decision-making power, financial independence etc).
Give a subheading for next part, points mentioned are good.
Further, you can write about 2020 SC judgement which expanded the right of a Hindu woman to be a joint legal heir along with male heirs.
To diversify your answer, you can mention the rights granted to tribal women under FRA, PM Awas Yojana where house has to be registered in the name of women members.
Challenges mentioned are elaborate, traditional patriarchal customs, dowry, social acceptance can all be mentioned in one point i.e. socio-cultural factors. Customs such as Haq tyag, streedhan concept etc can be mentioned.
Then, you can add dimensions by talking about legal loopholes such as lack of clarity on aspects like whether a woman’s children get a share of her father’s family wealth by way of her inheritance. Further, revenue codes of many states do not provide equal treatment regarding the rights of men and women to agricultural land.
      Way forward is fine.
One line conclusion can be added mentioning SDG 5 which talks about women’s right to property.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
