Good attempt.
You have good understanding of the topic.
Introduction is fine, try to keep it a bit concise, question is concerned with last few decades, so the points after intro can be included concisely in first para only.
In next part, you have mentioned some good points, about secularisation, globalization etc. Article numbers like 15,16,17 etc can be written in constitutional provisions point.
Further, you can mention about Mandalization of politics(OBC reservation),race to be backward, some social factors like urbanization leading to nuclear families with less rigid caste structure, intermingling at workplace can be mentioned too.
In next part, again you can mention some social factors through which caste still manifests like discrimination in employment, housing, segregation in schools(discrimination against mid-day meals being prepared by lower castes), marriages still based on caste, rural areas still divided on caste lines etc
Points about politics, reservation etc are good.
Try to divide your answer on the basis of social, political,constitutional, economic, cultural lines.. The answer will look better organized.

Content is less for a 15 mark answer. Try to write 2.5-3 pages. Also, the question is about recent decades, you have written too much of historical things.
Introduction is fine, table is also okay.
After that in the main body, first write how has the caste system been diluted.. Politicization, reservation etc are good points. Mandal politics can be mentioned. Instead of LPG reforms, you can mention influence of liberal secular value-system and globalization.
Next constitutional provisions like Article 15,16,17 can be mentioned briefly some social factors like urbanization leading to nuclear families with less rigid caste structure, intermingling at workplace can be mentioned too.
Next mention a section on how the caste system still manifests in new forms like discrimination in employment, housing, segregation in schools(discrimination against mid-day meals being prepared by lower castes), marriages still based on caste, rural areas still divided on caste lines etc
Finally conclude. Try to diversify your answer on the basis of social, political,constitutional, economic, cultural lines.. The answer will look better organized.

You can add some points in each part.

In changes you can also mention the constitutional provisions, especially articles 15,16,17. Other points are good.
Next part heading can be given as ‘manifestation in newer forms’ rather than dominance.
